About
Why we built this.
We believe every organization deserves a nervous system.
Every organization runs on conversation. Decisions happen in meetings. Strategy forms in hallway discussions. Culture is shaped by how people talk to each other. Yet all of this intelligence -- the patterns, the tensions, the opportunities -- evaporates the moment the call ends.
We built SigmaAI because the AI workload paradox had become impossible to ignore. Organizations adopted more tools, more automations, more dashboards -- and their people ended up more stressed, more distracted, and less productive than before. Technostress replaced the problems technology was supposed to solve. Gray work -- the administrative overhead of managing tools meant to reduce administrative overhead -- consumed the hours that were supposed to be freed up.
SigmaAI takes a fundamentally different approach. Instead of adding another tool to the stack, we built an organizational nervous system: a network of 100 specialized AI agents that listen, learn, and act on behalf of the entire organization. Not to replace human judgment, but to ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time -- and that the rest gets handled automatically.
We believe work should be sustainable. That meetings should lead to outcomes, not more meetings. That managers should lead people, not chase status updates. That every organization deserves a nervous system.
